Each participant leaves with her Advantage Plan, a concise playbook to recognize what she already has, identify what she may be underusing, consider the people who bring out her best, and choose her next action.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you nominate your five.
Consider directors, vice presidents, executives, experienced high potential leaders, succession candidates, and women leading major teams or initiatives. The Advantage is designed for accomplished women who already bring meaningful experience and judgment.
No. Company Circles allow organizations to enroll five or ten participants in the same two day Advantage experience. Private company programming is not included in these packages.
Each participant develops a personal Advantage Plan identifying existing strengths, underused resources, meaningful relationships, an intentional decision, and a next action. Individual outcomes will differ.
Yes. Request an invoice through the company enrollment inquiry. The team can coordinate the next steps. Enrollment is confirmed only after registration and payment are completed.
Yes. Individual registration is available for $1,499 per participant. Company Circle pricing applies to groups of five or ten.
Registrations are subject to the published Advantage terms and refund and transfer policy. Contact the team for information about eligible attendee transfers.
